An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Saturday, repeating until October 28, 2023
An all-levels yoga class with experienced instructors from Yogamour, a Frederick-based studio and non-profit. Saturdays, May through October. Sky Stage is open air with a concrete floor, so please dress and hydrate for the weather and bring a mat if possible (instructor may have extra mats, not guaranteed).
Your class fee acts in part as a donation that supports Yogamour’s outreach services for trauma survivors. Sign up and/or purchase a drop-in or 10 class pass via Yogamour.org or the Mindbody online app.
