Baking With Marc Jalbert: Gluten Free Baking

Marc has a few special cookie recipes; almond and hazelnut chocolate ginger cookies, as well as a toasted walnut date pie, he would like to share with you that feature nut flour, a good quality dark chocolate, crystalized ginger and rice flour to replace regular flour to yield delicious gluten free sweet delights. The nut based cookie recipes store well in the freezer, too. Slice off a few “pucks” whenever you have a hankering for a sweet treat. Class time will cover instructor demos, hands-on time, recipes and oven bake off to sample and enjoy. Complimentary wine pairing.
