Spearheaded by the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek, Rotary Club of Fredericktowne, and the Rotary Club of Southern Frederick County, this annual event not only promotes cultural exchange, but it also supports the clubs’ efforts in the community to raise thousands of dollars for area non-profits.
