Enjoy an evening of Civil War era Music and Dancing in an historic Civil War era barn near Gettysburg, PA featuring music provided by the “SUSQUEHANNA TRAVELLERS” along with Dance Masters Norma Calhoun and Wayne Belt. Located at beautiful Beech Springs Farm at 784 Mt. Carmel Road in Orrtanna, PA. Period attire is encouraged, but not required.
Doors open at 6:00 pm, dancing is from 7:00 until 10:00. Admission includes Dancing, Light Fare and Silent Auction. Event Parking is FREE.

Fall Carlisle marks the end of the automotive flea market season each year and is an absolute must-attend event to buy, sell and celebrate all things automotive. This is a fun-filled weekend the entire family will enjoy. While exploring 82 acres and 8,100 vending spaces, you will marvel at the vast array of items for sale. Carlisle is the place to purchase any of the 2,000 vehicles at the car corral where you can slip behind the wheel and get a feel for the vehicle. Even better, you can deal directly with the car owner to work out the best price. This is where you can buy, sell and trade with total confidence. All roads lead to Carlisle, PA where you’ll find a community of passionate motorheads and a commitment to superb service that can only be achieved through more than three decades of know-how.

Red Tomato Farm & Inn will host our annual Backyard Bash on September 17 from 2 pm to 4 pm at 3581 Ritner Highway in Newville. The community is invited to attend this free event.
Find a spot in the backyard and enjoy live music from local musician Mike Kell. Water will be available for purchase as well as farm t-shirts, locally made items from the farm, and treats for our goats.
During the event, we will be hosting a Chili Cook-Off and Art Auction, with all proceeds benefiting Carlisle Arts Learning Center. Local contestants will have their chili available for guests to sample for a small fee, with the chance of winning the title of Fan Favorite or the Spiciest.
Please bring your own chair or blanket for this event.

Cost: $15 for vehicle and driver plus $10 each passenger. Ticket includes Poker Run and Pig Roast. Registration Noon-1pm at Boyer Cellars.
You may pre-register at Boyer Cellars Tasting Room any Friday from Noon-6pm, Saturday 11-5pm or Sunday Noon-5pm until the day of the event.
