About the Band:

Michelle Hannan & One Blue Night, a WAMMIE-nominated band based out of Frederick, MD, is one of Maryland’s top up and coming independent country bands. Michelle’s last album with her husband, Jason (entitled You Can Go Home: The Quarantine Sessions) recently reached number 1 on Airplay Direct’s Country/Americana radio airplay chart. The band features the warm, soulful vocals and songwriting of Michelle Hannan, along with her husband; singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jason Hannan. They are supported by the dynamic instrumental work of talented musicians Howard Parker (pedal steel, resonator guitar) and Dan Macon (drums).

“Noah G. Fowler is a singer-songwriter, Guitarist, and Bassist hailing from central Pennsylvania. Well-renowned by his peers, his unique songwriting is the focal point of his distinct Americana. Songs will range in from relatable to folkloric, from romance and heartbreak to Celtic Mythology and liberal humanism. The music he writes has the energy of rock, the lyricism of folk, the harmonic complexity of jazz, and the character of country music.
“After studying at Berklee College of music, the collective Fowler & Folk was created to unite the various projects and musicians Fowler was involved with. The fall of 2019 and mid-2020 saw the release of a mix of self-recorded and demo tracks while playing sparsely due to the effects of the coronavirus epidemic while writing music for an upcoming Fowler & Folk release.
“December 2020 saw the bandcamp release of Masland & Fowler Vol. 1, an EP of fiddle and old time music as well as a demo CD of music written in 2019-2020 as well as a nomination for ‘Best Folk Band’ for the 2nd Central Pennsylvania Music Awards.”
It’s a pleasure to welcome Noah to the Garryowen for the first time. Stop by and grab a pint.

About the Band:

The Inside Out Band plays Classic Soul and Rock & Roll featuring the Greatest Hits from the 60’s,70’s & 80’s. Joel Newman (guitar and vocals) is a humble show off that croons and grooves with the rest! Wayne Smith (drums and vocals) is the corny joke master, and drum stick breaker. It’s safe to say Wayne is the fearless leader of the band! Kevin (Doc) Watson (lead vocals) goes high, and he goes low. When he sings the dance floor flows! Jerry Mellott’s (keys and vocals) organ has no stops, but it doesn’t stop him from telling you where the band will be next! Spence Leckliter (bass guitar) is known as ‘rumble bear’ the bands heart beat. He can flay the skin right off you with his bass cable.

About the Band:

Stitch Early was born in Fayetteville, NC and raised in Frederick, MD. He’s a son, brother, uncle, friend, father & husband…and a pretty dope artist as well. Stitch Early has become a staple in his hometown’s music scene, whether it’s alone or with a DJ and band The Populatn. Described as an “inspirational artist” he uses his music to evoke change in those who listen. His lyrical prowess along with song writing ability, wittiness and creativity makes him a standout as an artist. Stitch has a unique way of using his life, energy and humor to connect with his audience, which makes for an amazing show. From the Frederick Live Theater, to The Frederick News Post building, to the Weinberg Center and Stages, the platform continues to rise. As the journey continues the bio will grow.

This group received such a warm welcome the first time around we are more than happy to welcome them back! Hopefully we’ll be able to bring in the full band at some point, but for now enjoy the duo.
“Ebb & Nova combines an alternative blend of indie and folk to create ‘Honest, heartfelt music that seeps into the soul and slowly fills you up with nostalgic, melancholic happiness. The entwining lyrics with plenty of vivid imagery, combined with the soft vocals and instrumentation really make Ebb & Nova something special.'”
