After nearly 40 years of beloved tradition, the Hanover Dutch Festival will become the Inaugural Snack Town Street Fair this fall.

Made possible by the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce and Utz Quality Foods, this event has transitioned from a celebration of Hanover’s Pennsylvania Dutch heritage to a day-long street fair filled with craft vendors, delicious street foods, and exciting entertainment. Making this year extra special, our community celebrates the 100-year anniversary of Utz. The Utz team has plenty of surprises planned during the Snack Town Street Fair to celebrate 100 years with Street Fair attendees! The 2021 event will be presented by Member’s 1st FCU.

Saturday, September 18, 2021 will be a day full of all your favorites—handmade crafts, local goods, street food, kid-friendly activities, exciting entertainment—and a few new items that will surely become favorites as well.

Rabbit Transit will offer fixed route service beginning at 8:00 a.m. to and from the Snack Town Street Fair. Service will run every 15 minutes. Riders are encouraged to wait by the signs in the parking lots in order to board. The last downtown departure time is 4:00 p.m. The service is free to the public and is sponsored by the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce.
