Join us for the sixth annual Dills Celtic Festival at the Historic Dills Tavern, 227 North Baltimore Street,  Dillsburg, PA. The festival is hosted by the Northern York Historical & Preservation Society (NYCHAPS). Proceeds from this event help support NYCHAPS historical and educational programs.
